Kris was born and raised in Rotorua. After completing high school, he secured a job at a local joinery shop, where he spent several years gaining valuable experience. In 2006, Kris achieved certification as a qualified joiner and continued working in this field, splitting his time between New Zealand and Australia over the next six years.

However, in 2012, Kris decided to take a different career path and shifted his focus to working with stone benchtops. This change allowed him to apply the skills and knowledge he had accumulated during his years in the joinery field. Over the past decade or more, Kris has dedicated himself to honing his expertise in the stone benchtop industry, actively participating in both manufacturing and installation processes. His dedication has earned him a prominent reputation in the industry, where he is recognized as highly capable of handling a wide range of tasks.

Outside of work, Kris enjoys quality time with his family, engaging in activities such as Go-Karting, fishing, and supporting sports events from the sidelines.
